Our Company Culture

Our corporate mission is to delight our customers by providing the best experience. This includes our internal customers, as well as our external ones. To achieve this goal, we actively practice our core values of respect, integrity, accountability, passion and treat our co-workers like we treat our customers. To help build morale and a cohesive team, we hold several employee events throughout the year, including wellness topics, ice cream socials and quarterly business update luncheons. Our much-anticipated annual company picnic, where we play mega Jenga, cornhole and company trivia games, gives our entire Matawan based team the opportunity to socialize and connect while promoting some friendly competition.

Our mother company Windjammer Capital is so proud to be partnering with the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation again this year through its Annual Memorial Day Drive. Since its founding 20 years ago, Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation has awarded more $65 million in support to over 2,800 children who have lost a parent in the military over the last 35 years. Its mission is to provide college scholarships and educational counseling to every child of a fallen patriot.
